		<description><![CDATA[While definitely NOT a wine snob, I know wine I like and why I like it.  Yes, there is romance in removing a cork, and the next best thing is a &quot;cork&quot; of substitue material.  But please, no screw lids--its too easy and I would be embarrassed to open a screw top to serve my friends.  I&#039;m pushing eighty and don&#039;t like change.  Maybe also, a good substitute cork material could save some trees.]]></description>
