		<description>The majority of people suggest that the vapor barrier be placed on the inside of the insulation as its purpose is to keep the stud walls and insulation dry. Whilst moisture is not a problem with rigid foam insulation it will degrade fiberglass insulation, hence the vapor barrier is placed between the humid cellar and the insulation and studs.</description>
